I waited to see what was going to happen and then send everything that had changed in my way of thinking and actions to health. It has taken a while I know but the changes were sneaky and I didn't notice them..looking back and seeing how I was well...I was a mess! I might still be a mess in some ways but I am getting to understand why and fix those things as they come along.  My health has improved dramatically as has my outlook on getting better. I no longer have nightmares about Dad or being killed with a knife or even get visitations from the unknown that nags at me and gets me depressed. As a matter of fact, depression is gone, abet medication, but still not a sign of that "woe is me"...I don't sleep long hours like I used to, I don't need to. I'm rested with seven hours a night instead of 10 hours. I have changed my wardrobe slowly to find that I only need a few items to feel great in.... I must have tossed out ten large bags of clothes over the last few months. All too big or too small or just too crazy to even wear unless I was going to a costume party every day. Lo!... I finish projects and want to get at those that still need to be finished.

I feel loved without being the center of attention like I felt I needed before. I can stand and listen to what others are saying and just enjoy their company without talking incessantly... She unleashed from me reserved, scared, insecure... yes, all those that I hid by being flamboyant and talkative. I don't wear all my rings at once now, only two and on some days, four. I am confident being me not someone else. I know that I am loved by my family and I don't have to prove myself by being better. Thank goodness for that, because I never felt better, just insecure. There is really a lot more... Thank you very much for the cleansing, Sharilyn... Tears are forming in my eyes now from teh love and warmth I feel at this time. She is a Wonder here on Earth. çaise et j'ai rencontré Sharilyn à Paris. Elle était de passage et faisait des séances dans mon club de "Pilates". Je m'étais inscrite sans savoir exactement ce qu'il en était. J'étais fatiguée, anxieuse et l'on m'avait dit que ça pourrait me faire du bien! J'ai trouvé la séance bizarre, je n'y croyais pas beaucoup mais après je me sentais joyeuse et légère! Sharilyn m'a dit que dans les mois qui suivent ma vie allait changer du tout au tout ! Elle m'a donné sa carte et son e mail si j'avais des question à lui poser.

ériode de dépression et d'autodestruction, j'ai demandé à Sharilyn ( elle était de retour dans L'Arkansas) de faire une séance. Ce qui c'est passé ensuite ,est un miracle ! I'm a french woman, for that excuse me for my english! but i would like attest about my incredible and wonderful experiment with Sharilyn. i meet her in Paris in June 2010. At this time, i was very anxious, my husband was totaly depressive and destroy. He drunk a lot! I meet Sharilyn in my Pilates club in Paris! she makes me one session. I must confess that i was very septic. The doubt is a french philosophy! When i let her, she said me that my life will change totaly in the next few months.One thing was amazing, immediately after the meet, i feel very joyous and light!

i thought, that for my life become nice, my husband must change! And i send a mail at Sharilyn (she was back in Arkansas). She makes a session on my husband...and miracle, on week after, he said to me he wants to stop to drink and make bicycle! But one session was not enough. He had a very bad background. Sharilyn made two interventions more. In November my husband stop to drink. Today he make walks each day... and me i feel happy. the way was long.
